Worx Landroid Customizable Cutting Disc

Open in Fusion 360 and you will find parameters under the modification menu. See screenshot.

You can change the diameter, the thickness of the disc, the number of blades, etc.

I used CNC-Kitchen short m4 thread insert. Don't forget to increase wall thickness to at least the recommended 2.1mm.

Printed in both PLA and PETG, others should work too. Printed with supports for holding up inside screw holes.

I have not tried printing the original size of 146mm but it should work too.
I have not tried printing the 1500L version of 200mm but I do not see any reason why it shouldn't work. If someone can confirm they work I'll make an update.
I Have not yet tried the 7 blades 160mm version. I printed a mock-up to test the dimensions.

Updates:
2025: I reuploaded the fusion360 project, a bug prevented some sizes to work, also included hex nut But this is UNTESTED!
 

2024: I reuploaded the fusion360 project with working parametric changes.
2023: I discovered a mistake in the project file and the rendered files. Updated so changing parameters should work better now. Uploading new STL files too.
