Voron 2.4 Z Belt Covers — Extended Belt Guard, LED Routing & Debris Prevention

Modified Z Belt Covers A and B for Voron 2.4, designed to complement the Deck Seal with Umbilical Clip and address three issues with the stock design.

Extended belt guard — the inner guard is taller, preventing the deck seal from ever contacting the toothed Z belts when pushed in or adjusted.

LED wiring channel — a discreet path routes LED wiring under the covers and out of sight, without exposed cables in the build chamber.

Debris prevention — a small profile plug covers the open aluminum extrusion slot, preventing plastic bits and purge residue from accumulating in hard-to-reach areas.

The cutout geometry is also modified to tuck cleanly under the linear rails after installation.

Installation Uses stock mounting points. No additional hardware required.

• Material: ASA (recommended — proximity to heated bed)

• Tested on: Voron 2.4 350mm LDO kit

Debris prevention — a small profile plug covers the open aluminum extrusion slot, preventing plastic bits and purge residue from accumulating in hard-to-reach areas. The plug is provided as a 500mm file — use the Cut Tool in PrusaSlicer to trim it to your exact length.
