Description
Be careful when using them: do not damage the rollers and never use filaments containing metal.
For best accuracy, place two identical plates — one on each end of the rollers — when testing the gap. This ensures the rollers are set perfectly parallel and prevents tilting. The plates should slide through smoothly but without excessive force.
This method provides a reusable, consistent reference and eliminates variations caused by differences in card stock thickness.
We have prepared downloadable plates in thicknesses 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, and 5 mm.
Please pay attention to the layer height when 3D printing. If you require precision within 0.1 mm, be aware that using a layer height of 0.2 mm will cause the printed thicknesses of 0.5 mm, 1.5 mm, and 2.5 mm plates to be approximately ±0.1 mm off.
