Voron 0.2 S1 BIGTREETECH HDMI5 V1.2 Removable Mount

(Intended to be paired with this display mount.)

This screen mount for the Voron V0.2 S1 (slightly taller skirts) adds a mount for the BIGTREETECH HDMI5 V1.2, and is held in with magnets for easy removal during transport. This requires 8x 10x3mm magnets, and a thinner right-angle HDMI cable or adapter (such as this one from Amazon). The stock right-angle HDMI cable, and many others on the market, are too thick for this mount.

The print requires 1 "Voron 0.2 S1 BTT HDMI5 Skirt Insert" and 1 "Voron 0.2 S1 BTT HDMI5 Mount" (contains 2 parts, print both). The magnets should press-fit in, but glue can be added to secure them. The skirt insert screws into the nuts in the frame like the included skirts. Small hooks on the top of the magnet mount on the screen mounts. Insert and remove at an angle to avoid damage.

As shown, the model is printed in Black Polymaker ASA using Voron print settings (4 perimeters, 40% infill, 5 top and bottom layers, 0.2mm layer height). Even with extra stiffness from the additional perimeters, there will still be some play in the mount due to the mount to the frame and the magnet mount.
