Description

This model is a replacement for the reverse/brake side of the trigger on the FlySky Noble NB4/NB4+ radio. I accidentally broke the Medium size, and then the Small size broke on me unexpectedly. There is definitely a weak spot in the plastic where it is the thinnest around the screw hole.

I couldn't seem to find replacements online, so I decided to model it up and perhaps fit it a little better to my finger, as I don't like a lot of play and want to be able to quickly go between on-throttle and braking.

This is an earlier version of the print, but the overall size is the same and is somewhere between the Small and Medium reverse triggers that come with the radio.

I used PCTG and printed at 100% rectilinear infill and 3 perimeters, and only a small support is needed under the screw shoulder. The only other detail is that there is groove built into the design in screw hole, so that the seam can 'fill it', so to speak. You just need to orient the print with the top towards the back, and then select 'Rear' alignment for the seams in PrusaSlicer:

Enjoy!
