Snapback Hat Extender

Overview

This snapback extender is designed to add extra length to standard plastic snapback closures. It allows hats that are just slightly too tight to fit comfortably without permanently modifying the original strap.

The extender clips directly into the existing snap system and maintains a low profile when installed.

Print Settings

TPU (Recommended)

• Nozzle: 220–230°C

• Bed: 45–50°C

• Speed: 20–30 mm/s

• 3–4 perimeters

• High Infill (50% or higher)

PLA

• Standard PLA settings

• 2 perimeters

• Low infill (10% or less)
