Description
It's important that it's printed with (at least) PETG, not PLA. Otherwise, it won't be stable enough and will warp or break in the dryer.
The thread holds the two parts firmly together. No additional securing should be necessary.
I optimized it for fast printing with a 0.6 mm nozzle. Of course, it works just as well with a 0.4 mm nozzle.
I made some prototypes until it works perfect.
Inner Spool width: 60,7 mm
Outer Spool width: 65,5 mm
Inner core diameter (hole): 66mm
outer core diameter: 82,4 mm
Outer Spool diameter: 150 mm
I also uploadet the .STEP file. This allows you to easily customize it.
Please note: The weight of 86g on the spool may vary depending on the used filament.
