Tuttio Short Rear Fender – Low Profile Tail Tidy

This is a clean, low-profile short rear fender designed specifically for the Tuttio electric dirt bike. The goal of this design was simple: tighten up the rear end, remove the bulky stock look, and give the bike a more aggressive, modern tail profile while still keeping practical splash protection.

The stock rear fender hangs long and looks oversized. This short version follows the natural line of the rear subframe and tire, giving the bike a much cleaner silhouette without looking hacked or unfinished. It’s subtle, functional, and makes a noticeable difference once installed.

Why This Design?

• Cleaner rear-end profile
• More aggressive tail look
• Reduces bulk and excess overhang
• Maintains functional debris protection
• Designed specifically around Tuttio geometry

This is not just a chopped stock shape — it was redesigned to maintain structure, mounting alignment, and proper tire clearance.

⚠ IMPORTANT – PRINT IN TPU

This part MUST be printed in TPU (flexible filament).

Do NOT print in PLA, PETG, ABS, etc.

A rear fender experiences:

  • Constant vibration

  • Dirt and rock impact

  • Flex from riding and landings

  • Temperature swings

Rigid materials will eventually crack. TPU allows the fender to flex with vibration and impacts instead of failing.

Recommended Print Settings:

  • Material: TPU (95A recommended)

  • 3–4 perimeters

  • 15–25% infill (gyroid or cubic works well)

  • 0.2–0.28mm layer height

  • Slow print speeds (especially if your printer struggles with flexibles)

If your printer handles TPU well, this is a straightforward print.
