Printing Instructions:

• Orientation: Crucial step! Print it flat on the bed. This aligns the layer lines parallel to the build plate, giving the blade maximum strength so it won't snap when prying off a print.

• Material: PETG or ABS/ASA is highly recommended because they are slightly flexible and very durable. PLA works, but the edge might chip faster over time.

• Infill: 20-30% (Grid or Gyroid).

• Walls/Perimeters: Use 3 to 4 walls to make the blade edge solid plastic for maximum durability.
