Regular dice and Sicherman dice

Just as the title says. Sicherman dice are described here. Essentially, the two dice (sicherman1 and sicherman2) behave in the same way as two regular dice when tossed together.

There are two versions: a hollow one and a regular one. I have added two small lines to bridge the gap below the top face of the hollow dice (always the number 1), so that they should always face upwards when printing.

The build123d script is also provided. This generates all the dice uploaded here and also allows the logic for the holes to be changed, as well as simple parameters such as the size of the dice.
