Bakflip MX4 Replacement Cable Bracket

This is a replacement piece for the plastic cover around the cable that you pull to unlatch the next section of the Bakflip MX4 tonneau cover.  This particular model is a 2019 version for the RAM 1500 but I imagine it would work for other versions and, potentially, other Bakflip models. 

I have put screw holes on both sides, so it can be used on both the passenger and driver sides of the cover.  Also, I designed a cable channel so that it can be installed without disassembling the latch on the tonneau cover. 

There are two files.  The first "Exact Length" is the version that is a 1:1 replacement but, unfortunately, it doesn't fit on the MK3/MK4 print bed (250mm x 210mm).  The shorter version works and just fits on the print bed if you turn it diagonally.

Print Settings:

• PETG for a little more durability than PLA.  Any filament will work.

• 0.2 mm layer height - this is more important than I realized.  I used 0.3 mm and the additional layer height doesn't allow it to fit under the lip of the metal channel.  Use 0.2 mm.

• I used organic supports but, if your bridging is dialed in, you may not need it.  

• I used 30% infill and 3 perimeters
