Print in PETG, PLA or ASA.

For the fixed holder, print it standing on it's side, so no support is needed.

For the foldable Holder, print it lying flat, but be sure that the hinges have only 3 layers, while slicing. The models have a top and bottom, if after slicing the hinges have 4 layers, then try to flip the model.

Two layers is also okay, it flexes easier then, but it is also less sturdy. I still recommend 3 layers.
