Universal 3T Jack Stand Pads (TPU)

  TPU jack stand pads designed for universal 3-ton jack stands to protect pinch welds and chassis rails from damage during vehicle lifting.


Features:

    • Designed for standard 3T jack stands
    • Protects pinch welds and frame rails
    • Anti-slip TPU surface
    • Durable and replaceable design


Print settings:

    • Material: TPU (95A or similar)
    • Infill: 50% Gyroid - allows controlled deformation
    • Walls: 5 perimeters - for strength
    • Support: Tree supports with 5% branch density - for easier removal
    • Layer Height: 0.2mm
    • Orientation: Print laying on the side (see images)


Tested jack stand dimensions:

    • Width: 78-80mm
    • Thickness: 21-23mm


The SolidWorks files are included for remixing, resizing, or adapting to different jack stands.
