Description
I recently upgraded my ZD-915 de-soldering station. The little DC-DC converter PCB was left over. Instead of sending it to recycling, I soldered on 2 more resistors and modeled this little part so I can safely use it to drain capacitors such as those inside microwaves or mains Voltage power supplies.
The board fits snugly though you can use a drop of super glue in each corner to hold it down should you wish. Use 2 zip ties to hold the wire in place so it doesn't pull on the PCB pads.
0.2mm layer height
15% infill
8 outer walls (meaning it is completely solid), 3 bottom layers
PLA, PETG or ABS are all fine.
