Description
There are two versions of the rack: with a "MAX 65°C" reminder text embossed in the wall (intended to be printed in PETG) and a version without any text.
Line width: 0.5 mm (the walls of the model are exactly 1 mm thick).
Layer thickness: 0.16 - 0.25 mm.
Supports: none.
Material: tested with PETG, but most other non-flex materials should be fine.
Minimum printbed size: 215 x 110 mm and above for one rack, 225 x 225 for printing two racks at a time.
The idea behind creating this model was making a lightweigh, cheap to print rack that can securely hold and automatically center Falcon tubes. The spacing between the tubes was designed to accomodate the tube caps without interference (tested on Greiner and Corning tubes).
