Interior Cat Door

It's a cat door. 

Allows for unfettered feline traversal from room to room.  Useful to isolate litter from human inhabitants.

Sized for typical 35mm (1-3/8" wide) Canadian residential interior doors.  Feel free to adjust for your application (model included).

Printed in PETG 0.4 or 0.6mm nozzle, no supports required.  Files have the parts in design position, don't forget to split into objects and orient outside faces down.  Sized to fit on 250mm bed.

Requires:

• QTY (4) - Flanged or flangeless M5 heat set inserts

• QTY (4) - M5 x 20 or M5 x 25 socket head cap screws 

Door modification suggestions:

• Plain face door is ideal but not required

• I cut the door by plunging a circular track saw through both sides, ensuring good cut alignment.

• Can be cut by jigsaw, oscillating tool ect.. but I would suggest pre-drilling through both sides in all 4 corners using a jig to ensure 90deg holes

• Flange can be made wider to hide less accurate cuts if you have a larger printer
