The round heads on top of the threads can also be adapted to take flat plates in case you would like to balance the rotor instead of the fan blade.
The blue base pieces can be turned while on a stable desk for leveling purposes.
Your printer needs to have tight tolerances to be able to do this print. When threading in the threaded eye bolts into the base, then thread it halfway in from the top and then remove it and repeat from the bottom.
Go slowly here since the print is vertical for more thread resolution, you don't want to force it, otherwise you might snap the eye bolt. Doing it this way will help to wear the threads a little bit for the eye bolts to turn easier when in place.
The rod retaining pin on the top of the eye bolt is not great for screwing with a screwdriver. You can try to shift the print sideways to provide more strength to the part that way. I simply opted to use pliers and toe turn it until it caught onto the rods.
