Description
This drybox/drybasket is made to regenerate silica/desiccant with grain size > 1 mm in a Sunlu FilaDryer S2. All parts were printed using extrudr DuraPro ASA filament with 260° nozzle temp, 100° bed temp and 60° chamber temp on a K2 plus with smooth build plate.
For assembly you will need 2 M3x10 flat head int hexagon screws (with heat inserts in the distance roll) or 2 M3x15 flat cross-head selfcutting screwss and 26 M3x20 flat cross-head selfcutting screws or you use just industrial super glew and fix the parts together until dry.
Be adviced to use ASA/ABS for temperatures > 65 deg. to avoid PETG material deformation. It is not recommended to use PLA because of 49+ deg. material deformation.
Temperature in the Sunlu S2 and regeneration time depends on desiccant brand and grain size.
