Description
This is a custom desk organiser designed in CAD and manufactured using a combination of 3D printing and laser cutting. The main structure is 3D printed, while the front and top inlays can be laser cut to add contrast and a more refined finish.
The design is intended to be simple, functional, and clean on a modern desk. It provides space for pens, small tools, and other everyday items while keeping everything organised in one compact unit.
The laser cut inlays are optional. The organiser works perfectly as a fully 3D printed part, but adding the inlays gives the model a more premium look and highlights the combination of digital fabrication methods.
If you would like to see how the organiser was designed, including the CAD workflow and how the 3D printed and laser cut parts were integrated, watch the full design video on YouTube.
The video walks through the design process from CAD modelling to the final manufactured parts.
