The Pouchmaker – A Real-Life Kingdom Come: Deliverance REAL LIFE DLC

What if Kingdom Come: Deliverance had a new crafting DLC — but in real life?

Inspired by the game’s blacksmith DLC, this project lets you become something different:
a medieval pouch maker.

Instead of simply printing a case for the Philips OneBlade, you craft your own medieval belt pouch the way people might have done it centuries ago — just with modern tools.

Print the parts.
Thread them together.
Build your own pouch.

A 3D-printed crafting kit inspired by medieval leatherwork.

The Concept

In the world of Kingdom Come: Deliverance, equipment feels handcrafted and practical. Most items are carried in simple leather pouches attached to belts.

To recreate that spirit, this project is not a simple case.

It is a modular pouch kit.

Just like historical craftsmen worked with leather pieces and cord, this design is assembled from 3D printed parts and flexible filament, creating a hybrid between 3D printing and traditional crafting.

The result feels much more like making equipment, not just printing it.

Why This Project Is Special

Most cases are just printed objects.

This project recreates the experience of crafting equipment.

A mix of:

• medieval design
• modular customization
• clever 3D printing
• hands-on assembly

It’s essentially a real-life crafting system inspired by the game.

A small maker DLC for the real world.

A 3D-Printed Handmade Kit

Instead of glue or screws, the pouch is assembled using TPU filament as a cord or use just normal cord, threaded through the parts like traditional stitching.

This recreates the handcrafted construction style of medieval pouches.

  • No glue

  • No screws

  • No supports

Just printed parts and flexible filament.

You don't simply print the pouch.

You craft it!

Fully Modular System

The pouch is designed as a customizable kit with many interchangeable parts.

You can mix and match elements to create your own medieval style.

Belt Options

• Standart medieval belt loop
• Warhorse belt loop
• Barber belt loop

Closure Mechanisms

• Buckle closure
• Interlink closure
• Cross Cord lock style closure

Decorative Charms

• Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 charm
• Warhorse charm
• Rabbit pendant

Decorative Panels

• Star ornament
• Fleur de lis Small
• Flourish style Edge

Everything can be printed in any color combination and combined however you like.

PS: As no glue will be need (but could be used if your printers tolerances are not perfect), the part will be stick together with on the buttom with the round "knobs" to make it easier to print and manage the small parts I combined them together so nobody loos a part ;)

Three Themed Variants

The kit includes three main visual styles.

Knight's Pouch

Decorated with classic medieval ornament patterns, inspired by historical leatherwork and knight equipment. Simple, but practical! As a good knight we need to be humble, but also with style! The upper cover is fixed with the a cord which is wraped around/behind the big Cross (which has extra space for it). And for a the extra humbleness, you can attach matching cord ends.

Warhorse Edition

A tribute to the developers of the game with the Warhorse Studios integrated into the design. (Need assembly... Im on it. I swear!) The upper cover is hold with a (print-in-place) buckle that works like any other out there. To finish it up, there is the matching charm (others would call it keychain, but we are more fancy here!)

Barber's Pouch

Inspired by grooming and shaving, this version includes game-inspired elements like the rabbit symbol — a playful nod to the Pouch and the Philips OneBlade. A special small detail is the shaving Rabbit, to reflect the style of the game and let it feel like the real life DLC. This will be the most fancy one!

Designed for Easy Printing

The entire kit was carefully designed to print reliably.

• No support structures required
• Optimized geometry for clean printing
• Designed to use minimal material (less than 100g of material)

To keep the qualit and fun to work with, I have done a lot of testing and printing so you could focus on building it! All parts were iterated and tested multiple times to ensure they fit and assemble perfectly.

Compatible Materials

The pouch works with several materials:

• PLA (red)
• PETG (white)
• TPU (black)

For the "stitching cord", TPU filament works best due to its flexibility.

As it may not look like but it is possible to print and bend it easyly with PLA! The thickness is only 0.6mm and the bending parts even less! Of course it needs a little bit more affort, but I managed it with the first try! PETG feels like a better material for it as its soft enough to bend, but strong enough to hold in place.

The TPU version is suprisingly well fitting to this project. As its looks like and feels like leather. Expecialy, when printet in 2 colors, it imitates the look of real one. Also it is stable enough to keep the hole shape in place. So here is a thumps up, if you want to start to play with TPU!

Single and Multi-Material Versions

The kit includes versions for different printers.

Single Material Printers

All decorative parts are separate so they can be printed individually to fit your style!

Multi-Material Printers

Decorative elements can be printed multi-color for a more detailed look.

Perfect for:

• Bambu AMS
• Prusa MMU, but also single extruder but with a little bit more work...
• other multi-material systems

Small Printer Friendly

Not everyone has a large build volume. I have the same problem, with my Prusa Mini!

That’s why the pouch is provided in two formats.

Full Version

For larger printers.

Split Version

Pre-cut parts that fit on smaller print beds.

Assembly remains (nearly) the same.

Scaling for small printer (180x180mm)

The pouch can be scaled to fit different printers. Like, I scaled the Split version to 89% to fit on the bed of my Prusa Mini.

Important:

⚠ Do NOT scale the Z-axis

The thickness must stay unchanged for proper strength.

Only scale X and Y.

Assembly Overview

The pouch is assembled similar to traditional leatherwork. (step by step video/photo will follow)

  1. Print the parts and bend at the thin lines

  2. Cut a piece of TPU filament (ca. 4m). Thread it through the stitching holes (look up for different styles). Beginn with the back side with the "belt" for the pouch and 2x "belt holder".

  1. Tighten the cord to form the pouch from any side.

  1. Tighten the cord to form the pouch

  1. Attach any Ornaments that you like. You can use pre designt holes or just punsh as many you want yourself.

  2. Attach the Belt Closure Mechanisms e.g. the Barber, by pressing the knobs to the defined sizes (big/small).

  3. Attache the small hook end to the beld. Turn around and klick the knob into the small hole and press it.

  1. And thats it. Your own handmade medieval shaving pouch ist complete! Attach it now to your belt and show how big of a nerd you are to this peasants...

  1. Now, we could just throw everything into it. But we’re a little fancy here.
So… if you’re one of those fancy wannabe knights, you’ll need pockets to keep things organized—just like a proper inventory! So here we go: print the “Inside Pocket.” The material can also be something different and a bit stiffer if you prefer. Start bending it as shown and place it inside your pouch—and voilà! Your swo… I mean razor is neatly stored. For extra fixation, you can use the provided holes and stitch them together with the holes of the pouch.

ATTENTION: The front fixation should only be done after threading the cord through the front. Otherwise, cut a small slit and tuck it behind the cord.

PS: As I have the Philips Oneblade 360 Model: QP2742 But also made one "Inside Pockets Oneblade 360 Qp4631-65 " for the new model!

Comming up:

  • Tools for punshing new holes for your own liking.

  • a Phillips charm

  • Stey by step video/photos (sorry the desging and testing took longer than I thought..)

  • 2 layer main pattern for a different inner color/sytle.

  • Inside pockets to sort all the stuff
