Description
This is a comfort-focused remix of the Philips OneBlade comb (originally marked as 5mm). Note that this model is designed to be a tight fit to ensure it stays securely on the shaver during use.
Key Improvements: The original model had relatively sharp tips (0.8mm radius), which could be uncomfortable on sensitive skin. I updated the geometry with a 1.5mm fillet, ensuring a much smoother glide across the face without irritation or "stabbing" sensations.
Print Settings & Tips:
Layer Height: 0.08mm to 0.12mm is highly recommended to ensure the rounded tips are smooth and don't have "stair-stepping" that could irritate the skin.
Material: PETG is recommended, but PLA works fine as well.
