Dust hose connection Cubico

I wanted a possibility to remove the dust during milling PCB without removing the cover The vacuum unit is from Two Trees (Amazon) and include all you need. The photo's speak for it self. Printing in PLA is good enough.  For  assembling the handle you need two PT screws 3 x 8 mm.

Place the tube and slide the milling motor in z direction until the top of the vacuumtube is about 5 mm below the the placed cover. Home the machine, mark with tape were the tube is in home position and move the milling motor two the max. right position (mark it with tape). Now you have both the centers. Drill a hole on both centers from about round 50 mm and saw the material between both holes away. The rings must be attached with glue, there should be enough room between the sawed slothole and the rings so you need to allign the topring (looking from above to the top of the tube in home position should makes it easier). After the glue has dryed cover the inside with the bottom ring (Glue)
