Description
These were designed for a Neptune 4 Max. It may work for others. Please check measurements before printing as sometimes dimensions change overtime even within the same model.
I tried other anti-vibration feet, but I always had the issue that with this big bed slinger my printer would slowly move across the table. I one time caught it right before it fell. So I made these to be attached to my table top.
The outer mounts can be printed in your choice of PLA or PETG. They just to to be strong enough to keep the printer from sliding on your table.
The inner portion should be printed in TPU. I used 3D Honeycomb with 20% infill, but you can experiment if you want. Print them with 0 walls, 0 bottom layers and 0 top layers so the infill is completely exposed.
3MF file with my settings are attached.
Dry fit the absorbers in the mounts with one on each foot of your printer, so you can mark their position. Once you have your positioning the mounts can be screwed in with #8 flat head wood screws. Put it all back together and you're good to go.
