Description
This tool allows you to easily adjust Koni shocks using a 9mm wrench. This print combined with a ratcheting flex head wrench allows for the best access.
Print (2) of the model and press into any 12point ratcheting wrench. I used the Harbor Freight Icon 9mm Flex head ratcheting wrench, but other brands should work.
Tested on the Goodwin Racing Long Travel Coilovers for the NC Miata. The adjustment knob in the trunk of the Miata is very hard to reach. The metal key tool that comes with the Koni shocks are hard to work with and easy to drop. This tool allows me to adjust the shocks with ease.
I have added some points to the outer edge of the print, allowing you easily see how many turns your made. You can use multiple colors for easier visibility, or use a paint pen on the points.
Note: I used the 9mm wrench because I have no other use for it. I made it a press fit, if a tighter or looser tolerance is needed, let me know.
