Description
This is a guide for the DREMEL Moto Saw. It's adjustable from 0° to 45° degrees.
I made two versions:
The STANDARD Mainbody has a rail width of 4.80mm (this should slide properly, but has some clearance...)
The THIGHT Mainbody has a rail width of 4.90mm ( I wanted to eliminate clearance fully, but I had to grind the rails slightly to get a proper slide with no clearance. I also added a bit of lubricant.)
There are also two versions for the bar:
Bar#1 has slots at 0° and 45° to prevent damage
Bar#2 has the possibility to put in a sacrificial insert for other angles than 0° or 45° degrees (you can print it or adapt a piece of wood...)
Hardware you need:
1x M4x25 Screw (Bar)
1x M4x20 Hex Screw (Screwhead)
1x M4 Nut Bolt (Slider)
1x M4 Lock Nut Bolt (Bar)
Print recommendation:
Material: PETG/PLA
Wall perimeters: 4
Infill: 15-20%
Supports: None
Brim: Only for screwhead
Color printing:
Mainbody: Make a color change after 1st Layer
Bars: Make a color change at 1.20mm
Happy tinkering!
