Optimized TPU O-Ring

O-Ring optimized to be printed in TPU. Has a flat bottom and a maximum overhang of 45 degrees.

Attached, there are STLs for all combinations of the following inner diameters (id) and cross sections (width).

• width (mm): 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8;

• id (mm): 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 22, 25, 28, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80.

🖨 Print settings recommendation:

• 0% infill;

• Adjust number of perimeters to change hardness.
