Garmin Striker mount adapter for oar lock

adapter plate to mount a Garmin Striker 4 fish finder to an oar lock or anywhere you can bolt something with a 1/2 in (13 mm) hole.  There are 2 peg files, one with a center bore to drive a screw into for additional strength and one without. The washer isn't needed for the peg without a center bore. The bend in the peg file is to offset the angle of the side of the canoe.
