Bag Boy Nitron Push Cart Shoe Brush

Engineered up this shoe brush to attached next to the wheel and let you get mud and goose droppings off your shoes.

Print in uploaded orientation with plenty of walls and infill to maximize strength. No supports should be needed. Use an outdoor plastic like PETG (shown and tested here) or ABS.

Uses a commonly available Tile Grout Brush (amazon link - Lemkew Grout Cleaner Brush) that you have to cut the handle off of. I used Diagonal Cutting pliers and then cleaned up with a file to cut off the handle. Dremel or thin saw blade probably better. You'll want it smooth or close to that at the cut location or it won't slide in.

You'll need:

• 2x M6x40mm button head screws.[amazon link] (any head might work, just has to fit in the mount while not blocking the brush from sliding in.)

• 2x M6 Lock Nuts

Remove the nut on the right wheel brace and remove the wire loop, washers, screw, The wire loop might be easier to remove if the cart is partially collapsed to remove tension. Slide mount it on as shown. Then use the new screw that goes down through the mount and brace. Wire loop goes onto screw. One washer then the lock but. The original screw is too short. There is likely an extra washer you wont need, but could put between mount and wire loop if you want. Then fully tighten screw into lock nut. See other brace side to see how wire loop should point before tight.

After mount is on and tight, then insert the brush, slide in brush lock piece, then screw goes through and 2nd lock nut to hold in place.

Brush tucks out of the way and does not hamper or get hampered by being folded, as shown in final picture.

Original model used a different tile brush, but I couldn't find any more of them. Used it for many rounds. I switched to these ones that are easy to find and taller. Seems to work well so far.
