SpeedyBee Maser 5 v2 - Magnetic Side Panel - LED compatible

Motivation

With SpeedyBee's original side panels the USB port and the boot button are not accessible without unscrewing the panels. This is cumbersome. The model presented here remedies this problem by introducing side panels that snap-close magnetically. While being secure during flight (and during a crash), the panels open easily for maintenance work. No more annoying screwing.

Specifics about the model

• The model is based on and designed to closely match the original SpeedyBee side panel.

• Three versions are available: one without LED holes, one with 4 mm and one with 5 mm wide LED strips. (SpeedyBee's original strips are 4 mm wide.)

• The LEDs clip snuggly into place.

• Magnets: 6x1 mm

• Printable in any material. Tested in PLA and TPU.

• No support material is required.

To get the left-hand version simply mirror the parts. The .3mf and .bgcode files include both, left and right.

Note: The gcode information in the header is for the "LED" version utilizing PrusaSlicer's "balanced" print profile.
