Description
I didn’t care much for the cigarette port on my 04 F-150, so I modified this bezel to integrate some USB ports and a reverse camera switch for my head unit instead. I wanted the ability to turn on the backup camera while in motion for trailer monitoring, so I just wired it to the switch and powered it off auxiliary power instead of the reverse light, it works very well!
The USB ports are connected directly to the aftermarket head unit, which is great for charging or using wired carplay.
