Description

A compact magnetic riser designed to hold thin materials flat on a laser cutter honeycomb bed. The block contains a 25×5mm magnet that securely attaches to the steel honeycomb surface, keeping the riser firmly in place during cutting or engraving.

Slots allow materials from 1mm to 7mm thick to slide in and be held down against the bed. This helps prevent shifting, lifting, or warping while the laser operates, improving cut consistency and reducing the chance of misalignment.

The low-profile design keeps the work area unobstructed while providing a simple way to secure small pieces or warped stock. Just place the blocks on the honeycomb, slide your material into the appropriate slot, and the magnet keeps everything anchored where you need it.

Ideal for use with wood, acrylic, MDF, and other thin laser-safe materials where maintaining flat contact improves results.

Printed in PLA, but also tested with PETG (works great either way).

.2mm layer height

Use tree supports for the top of magnet hole, and the rest is printed without any support needed.
