Description
I am not sure if the name for this part is right... I searched quite a while for the correct translation. But at first I didn't even know the german word.... :D In german it is called "Abzweigbaldachin" so the direct translation should be "branch canopy". It is that part you mount under the ceiling where the cable for your light comes out. I bought one of those at the near hardware store and thought it is much too expensive for such a cheap part. So as I needed one more I decided to nearly copy the part I already had by taking measurements and doing a little reverse engineering. It is quite easy to print and I designed it to be a little more robust.
The part has holes for screws and cables and a twistlock mechanism similar to the original. The base needs SUPPORTS for printing.

Filament: DasFilament PLA white
Notes:
For the cap you dont need supports. The bottom part has a little ring that is higher than the rest of the surface facing the ceiling. This should prevent forming a gap between the part and the ceiling but needs a support area for printing.
I used PLA from DasFilament.
