Description
Chili earrings with two different shapes, one more curved than the other.
Red and green parts are printed separately in different filament colours.
Can of course be printed in white and painted, if you don't have red and green.
The earrings are small, but can easily be scaled. I think 150% is fine for use as earrings.
I recommend printing only one part at a time for best result. Otherwise the print head travelling between parts may cause vibrations that affect the precision.
Printing with a brim is recommended for good adhesion to the print plate. No support is needed!
It may be good to increase the thickness of walls and the infill density of the green part so it doesn't break. PLA is not very strong and breaks easily, PETG is fine.
If the threads are too tight, you may adjust X-Y hole compensation in your slicer, or simply scale one of the parts a few % in X-Y directions only. This may be the case when printing in small sizes.
Update: Green part now with shorter thread, works better and also easier to print! Also a version with flat end that may fit better into some ear hooks.
