Manufacturing instructions

• Material: PLA or PETG

• 3D Printer: Any FDM 3D printer

• Slicer settings: 4 perimeters to increase strength, no supports

• Post processing instructions: Clean the parts from stringing if needed, check if the parts slides into each other as per assembly instructions.

Assembling instructions

1. Insert the bottom part into main body so that the openings in both parts are on the same side. You might need to use a bit strength to push parts together fully.

2. Insert the lid on top.

3. Hang on the wall.

QC procedures

1. Visual inspection:

   1. Ensure that the surface is smooth.

   2. Check if the parts are not deformed after print.

2. Tolerance inspection:

   1. When assembling Bottom and Main body parts should slide into each other firmly.

   2. Lid should slide easily and be easily removable.
