The Ripple Orb is a palm-sized sensory toy designed for tactile exploration. It features two distinct textures to keep hands busy and minds calm.

Why it’s great for Sensory Play:

• The Outer Spiral: Deep, curved ridges on the outside provide a satisfying grip and a path for fingers to follow.

• The Inner Ripple: The bottom features a "raindrop" pattern—perfect for soothing fingertip tracing or using as a texture stamp in play-dough.

• Simple & Clean: An organic shape that is easy to hold, easy to wash, and easy to print.

Design Note:

This model is a perfect "filament eater" for those half-empty spools. I played around with swapping leftover filaments at different layer heights, which is a great way to make the final print look bright and colorful instead of just using a single color.

Print Information:

• Supports: None (Designed to be support-free)

• Infill: 10% minimum

• Quality: 0.2mm or 0.16mm (I used 0.16mm for extra smoothness)

• Material: Free to choose! (Great for PLA scraps)
