Amazon Voice/FireTV Remote w/Tile Replacement Cover V6

FireTV w/Tile Remote Cover - Alexa Voice Remote version 6 or V6. I have updated the fit and finish completely and now it fits perfectly printed in PETG and PLA. This is a battery door replacement so you need to REMOVE THE BATTERY BACK to slide this piece on with a friction fit. I removed a section you can see in the front of the case that was causing interference and loosened some tolerances for variations in printer calibrations. I printed in Prusa Orange to let me find the remote more easily and recommend a bright color for this reason. I welcome any feedback in printing on any printers so please leave a comment and post a make picture to let me know how it goes.

The Alexa Voice Remote (2nd Gen) cover for my Fire TV kept falling off after being dropped repeatedly so I designed a replacement. I added a spot for a Tile sticker to be placed flush with the case to help find the remote when it was eaten by the couch or hidden by our kids. Current design replaces the battery cover. If you want a looser fit you can scale the design up 1-2%. As designed and printed the case is a tight fit.

The Alexa Voice Remote is said on the website to be compatible with Fire TV Cube (2nd Gen), Fire TV Stick (2nd Gen), Fire TV Stick 4K, Fire TV Cube (1st Gen), and Amazon Fire TV (3rd Gen, Pendant Design). Not compatible with Amazon Fire TV (1st and 2nd Gen), Fire TV Stick (1st Gen), or Amazon Fire TV Edition smart TVs.

Print instructions

Print without supports. I used PETG but one could probably use PLA/ABS/TPU but would have to scale for different material size fit.
