A compact wall or under-shelf mount designed to securely store DeWalt 20V batteries while keeping them clearly labeled with removable ID cards.

This mount uses a snap-fit battery interface and includes a set of slot-in ID cards so you can quickly identify battery/slot number.

The design also features the Hyperion Creations Breakaway Support System (HCBSS) to ensure a reliable print with minimal post-processing.

🧠 Hyperion Creations Breakaway Support System (HCBSS)

This model utilizes a CAD-engineered sacrificial support system designed directly into the model geometry.

Instead of relying on slicer-generated supports, the print includes precision breakaway support structures that:

• Ensure reliable bridging during printing
• Prevent sagging inside recessed areas
• Break away cleanly with minimal surface scarring
• Eliminate the need for slicer supports

Simply remove the supports by hand after printing.

(.stl file of the mount is also included if you would rather utilize your own supports or slicer settings)

The fill-in insert allows you to print the mount without the ID card slot if desired and still install it securely.

🧩 Assembly

Barely any assembly required to install.

Simply:

1. Print the mount

2. Remove the breakaway supports

3. Print an ID Card or Fill-In Ring

4. Insert your preferred ID card

5. Screw the mount to install location

📌 Notes

This mount was designed around DeWalt 20V style battery rails including Power Stack.

Fitment may vary slightly with third-party battery packs depending on rail tolerances.
