Harbor Freight ICON 13-peice Hex Wrench Set Holder for Pegboard

Introduction

I was looking for a hanger for my newly-acquired 13-peice metric hex wrench set. I found only one model, and when I loading it into the slicer, it came out the size of a postage stamp. Well, that won't do, so time to get to work....

Design

I imported the STL into PrusaSlicer, which helpfully offered to convert the units to mm. Once I did that and exported it, I fired up TinkerCAD to make some minor adjustments to the model. I also found the ICON brand logo by YumanBeing, and imported that into TInkerCAD as well. I added the logo as a relief on the face of the model.

Printing

I loaded the model into Snapmaker Orca. I used the following settings:

• 0.2 Standard preset

• Walls: 3

• Supports: Tree (Auto)

• Material: PETG
