Description
Inspired by Voron, I decide to design a skirt for my Ender 3 from scratch. If E3v2 or pro or if yr printer has the same dimensions and footprint, then this should fit without adjustment.
Rubber feet are printed in TPU and blue is the only one i have currently. Feet taken from maciek13 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4648895
This was designed before i shifted my psu to be bottom mounted. I have since shifted my psu down and have made an adjustment to the back skirt right side for the power connector and switch.
Design looks good with the display stand from _Marius https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3352127/makes
Designed for 4mm OD inserts. Rubber feet from voron to be printed with TPU. Rest of the parts can be printed with PLA.
Pls share if you decide to make it. Its free for all to make and any generous coffee treats are much appreciated in advance.
-update 7 sep 23 : Added bottom mounted psu mount and skirt for the rear right and skirt cover. Pics attached
-update 8 sep 23 : Added swivel display mount. Requires 2 m5 x 5mm buttonhead and 4 x small self tap screws for the mount. First fix the mount to the display case using the m5 bolts. Then align the mount to the top of the skirt on the right of the printer. Mark the self tap holes on the skirt and drill them using a smaller bit so that the screw can self tap into them.
