Gas Lens Kit Gridfinity Holder (9/20/23 Series Torches)

I recently purchased a water cooled CK20 torch for my HTP welder, and also the gas lens kit that they sell for it.  Because all of the parts are different from the ones for the CK17 air cooled torch that came with the welder, this necessitated a new Gridfinity holder to keep them organized in my tool cabinet.  Since these parts for series 9, 20, and 23 torches are compatible, this kit (and holder) will work for all 3 types.

In addition to the gas lens kit, I added recesses to hold the full length end cap which was included with my torch, as well as 2 shorter caps that I already had from the 9 Series torch for my old welder.  This made the holder cover 2x4 squares instead of 2x3, but it made more sense than modeling separate holders for these items.

Like my other Gridfinity models, the base is altered to accept 6x3 magnets as a press fit, with the upper surface of the magnet holes modified to make the slicer bridge across correctly for a clean result.  Due to the size of this model, I have included sacrificial “mouse ears” in the CAD to give the ends more surface area to help prevent them warping off the bed.  These will need to be removed after printing.

The unit pictured was printed out of Overture PLA on my Bear upgraded Mk3S+, using a 0.6mm nozzle, at 0.3mm layer height.
