Description
This model was created by 3D scanning a vintage fish koozie and converting it into a printable object. After scanning, the mesh was cleaned, simplified, and slightly modified to improve printability and ergonomics. The eyes were enhanced and the model was scaled down to reduce material usage while keeping the original character.
This is a great example of turning thrift store finds into functional or decorative prints using 3D scanning.
Perfect as a gift, desk piece, or conversation starter.
Recommended Materials:TPU with 0 infill for a softer feel

These models were created using a combination of 3D scanning and traditional mesh editing workflows. 3D scanning is a powerful tool for capturing real-world objects and bringing them into your digital workspace.
If you print one of these, I’d love to see it. Tag me or share your make.
