Hex Screw Head Covers

So I needed few screw caps but I did not find required sizes here on printables. And I was rather surprised.

Once I created sizes I needed, it was only a small step to create the whole set. Here you go.

Number in the STL filename indicates size of the wrench you need for the screw head. Sizes included are: 7, 8, 10, 13, 17, 19 and 22mm. This set should cover all screw sizes between M4 - M14.

I followed dimensions defined by DIN 933 / ISO 4017. I used tolerance of 0.2mm on average to account for the filament shrinking. I tested most of the sizes with Polyterra PLA and they all did fit with just the right amount of tightness. If by any chance they are too tight or too loose for you then try to scale them a bit in your slicer.

No supports needed.
