Air Intake Vent Support Bracket

This is unique part to fit a specific problem. Vent cover screw is perfectly aligned on the edge of a stud which is covered with 3/4"drywall. With kids around, this floor level intake vent has come loose a couple too many times - there's just nothing to screw into anymore!

I'm uploading the part more as an idea on how to fix the problem in other situations rather than as a useful part for anyone else - this is probably too unique of a part. Print in your choice of materials - mine is ABSGF just because it was already loaded in the printer. Designed for #8 screws.
