Description
After I scraped up the bagger on my mower driving by the panels, I looked for a model to print corner protectors for the aluminum solar panel frames, but the ones I found did not fit the Rich Solar panel frames. Then, I decided to make a kind of T piece to join panels together to keep them aligned in a row, These are what I came up with. They snap on securely and stay in place well. I printed these in PETG to endure heat from the sun against the black solar panels, and printed without any supports on a BambuLab P2S.
If you use panels from Rich Solar, these should work well for protecting the corners as well as aligning the panels in a row (or column).
