Trash bag clip (with simple pressure clamp)

I was designing trash bag clips and realized that they work best when they are adjusted for the correct width of the bin and have an appropriate space on the top for the lip of the can. 

I thought that using a simple pressure based rotating lock lever would do the trick. This is what I came up with. 

I also added a model with a narrow top (V3.8).
