Description
A set of o-ring picks useful to help remove/install o-rings and seals in delicate equipment (i.e. mountain bike shocks/forks) that might be scratched by using metal. I realize there are plenty of designs already out there I just wanted to try and design some myself by copying the general shape of the metal ones I have (blue handles in picture) You can print these in almost anything though the stiffer the material the better they tend to work (PLA actually works better than PETG). According to the all knowing Google AI (lol) it claimed that Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon (PA-CF) was probably the best followed by ASA (which I used). I printed mine with 4 wall loops and 30% infill though if you up the wall count to about 8, they end up being solid walls (no room for infill).
