Tape Holder, Tape Holders, Printed thread easy assembly

Intro:

Many tapes just don't stick to itself, and the whole roll of tape just goes haywire when using! 

This tape holder contains the tape, and provides 4 grooves for the unpeeled section to go into. It should fit most of the standard tape rollers on the market. Even a self sticking roll of tape can be installed if you don't want to painstakingly find where the start is!

Numbers explanation:

• OD = outermost diameter of the whole roll of tape.
• RD = the diameter of the empty hole in the center, or the roller inner diameter.
• 8-12 = holder good for tape width 8 to 12mm (can go higher than 12 slightly).
• 20-30 = holder good for tape width 20 to 30mm (can go higher than 30 slightly).

Your tape OD should be slightly smaller than the holder's OD. Your tape RD should be slightly larger than the holder's RD.

Examples of some tapes that don't stick to itself:

1. Acetate cloth tape
2. Single-sided foam tape
3. Any tape with liners on both sides
4. Metal wire, or other wires
5. Cloth strips 

Printing notes:

Depending on the accuracy of your machine, scaling down the male part by 1% may help with screwing them together, or adding some grease. when printing at 100% scale, I get an exact good fit when printing on my MK3 with PETG, and a slightly difficult fit with ABS (higher shrinkage).
