Da Vinci 1.0 Pro Anti Z-Wobble

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Even though I did not see any problems with print quality, I do no longer recomend to use this part. After having seen quite a few other printers, it seems that this is designed on purpose to allow some play for the threaded rods.

INITIAL RELEASE NOTES:

I made this shorter so that the z axis is not held on the thread but rather on the top. I also increased the size of the base.

All the holes are too small on purpose. I used a drill after printing them to get the holes very precise. The hole for the z axis needs to be 5.05 mm. I froze the part and used a 5mm drill, after warming it again the size of the hole fits perfectly.

I also use some silicon before mounting it for lubrication.
