Tubus Locc spare part for Abus lock bracket

The Tubus Locc is a bicycle luggage rack which contains a lock bracket for Abus Granit locks. Spare parts for the bracket are not available at Tubus or Abus. So we made one ourselves. You can use the original screws.

If you have the long (300 mm) version of the Abus lock, it is recommended to use the clamp, as shown in the pictures. This reduces the abrasion. To create good threads in the clamp, you should use a thread cutter.For the clip you need 3 screws M5x20. 

The clip is not compatible to the original housing, you have to change both parts.

Everything is tested, we had fun.

We used standard PETG and it seems to last. 

Update (24.04.2026):

Due to a broken clip, we have created new versions of the housing and clip. It should now be more durable.

All FreeCAD files have been added for customisation, should it be needed.
