Alzament Stability Ring | Prusa Mini Spool Adapter

Tired of the "Alzament Wobble" on your Mini?

We all love the Alzament PLA for the good price, but if you are a Prusa Mini owner, you’ve likely noticed a slight compatibility hiccup. Because Alzament spools have a unique width and center gravity, they can sometimes feel a bit "clunky" or unstable on the stock Prusa Mini spool holder.

I designed this minimalist adapter to bridge that gap.

The Solution

This is a high-precision, press-fit stabilizer. You don't need screws, bearings, or complicated assembly.
Just print it, press it onto your original Alzament spool, and slide it onto the Prusa Mini holder.

Print Settings

To keep the "Alzament Spirit" alive, I printed this model using Alzament PLA (to match the spool itself!).

• Layer Height: 0.2mm (Speed or Quality)

• Infill: 15% (Grid or Gyroid)

• Supports: None needed!
